The MTV panel originally placed Wiz Khalifa at the #8 spot for his monster year with a smash hit in “Black and Yellow” and a highly regarded album “Rolling Papers”. They ended up putting Big Sean ahead of Wiz at the #8 spot and dropping Wiz down to the #9 spot. Enjoy.
